While based in the Western suburbs of Chicago, Goal Getter offers virtual services nationwide, providing flexibility in scheduling and accessibility. Coaches also accept a limited number of in-person clients for coaching, depending on location and schedule compatibility.

 

4. How can I get started with services?

Please fill out the contact form on the website with your name, referral source, email, and a brief message outlining your needs. Katie will reach out to setup and intake calls and match you with a coach.

We begin with an initial intake to understand each client's specific challenges and goals. Based on this assessment, we work with the client/family to develop a personalized coaching plan that includes strategies and tools to address the client's unique needs.

 

8. What is the process for educational advocacy?

The advocacy process at Goal Getter involves collaborating with families and schools to ensure that students receive support to match their needs. Katie begins with a consultation to identify what the family is hoping to gain through working with an advocate. After determining if she is a good fit for the family, she asks them to share any records they have related to their child's education with her, then schedule times to discuss and plan next steps.
